Ok, I've had this item for a couple years now. I use it, wash it and plug it back in. Works every time, no fail.
My suggestion ->as a woman who has been trying to find a fail safe method to make sure I get my big O every time<- is, get yourself a nice flesh like thicc boi to use with this device. Use a good lubricant like H2O by Trojan. Start with the dil doh and warm up your lady for a minute. Be patient. Give it a minute. Then once you've slowly tapped a few strokes, pop the satisfyer on your spot on +5 or so. If you have a little video playing to trick the brain that helps too.
This method works for me almost every single attempt. I've used it with my husband too in place of my thicc boi. I guess he can enjoy my O sometimes....
